Problem: While adding a mod, the following message pops up: “There was a problem opening the archive. If this archive was a RAR, then you try repackaging into a ZIP format.”

Solution: Because Minecrafter cannot open the archive properly (most likely due to being a RAR), then you’ll need to repackage the archive either to a ZIP or add it as a folder.
